We started the year with the WhatsApp integration, but our developers were busy preparing some exciting updates as well   

Here is a list of recent app updates: 

• New finance widgets: issued invoices, receivables summary, recent invoices, and employee performance.
• Mobile app sign-up options: via the email address, Apple ID, or Google account.
• Possibility to upload a new avatar via the app by clicking the camera icon on the personal account page.
• In-app password reset.
• And some minor UI and UX improvements for a smooth mobile app experience.

Now, you can create and customize documents of any type and purpose, and send them to your clients via Flowlu. 

Contracts & Documents Builder is a part of the Docs module, which includes: 

• custom document types
• custom document templates
• .docx import
• document editor
• & more!

  We don’t want you to miss the precious opportunity to easily manage and communicate with the team on the go. That’s exactly why we are improving our mobile app monthly. November 2023 is not an exception.

What’s new we have in the mobile app:

• A new task creation form with a drop-down list of custom fields and additional options.
• List of the users’ groups to bulk manage employees based on their roles.
• “Access Permissions” tab for portal administrators to set access rights for certain users or for a group of users.
