A unified business platform for managing everything from client projects to internal processes in one affordable, award-winning solution.
You can either create custom widgets or use one of our presets:
The best part? You can customize these widgets to show exactly what you need. Want to see only tasks assigned to a specific teammate? Done. Need a widget for overdue tasks in a particular project? Easy. Some other ideas:
🔹 Tasks in progress for a specific assignee or team
🔹 Overdue tasks grouped by project or client
🔹 Completed tasks within a certain date range
🔹 Logged time for tasks with a specific tag
🔹 Revenue from closed tasks in a particular pipeline
Set up your widgets and get the numbers you actually care about—without digging through reports.
No more dragging tasks around just to keep things aligned. Auto Scheduling in the Gantt chart takes care of dependencies for you—when a task moves, related tasks adjust automatically.Â
You can turn Auto Scheduling on or off by navigating to:
Project → Gantt → ⚙️ (Settings) → Automation
When Auto Scheduling is OFF
When Auto Scheduling is ON

Milestones have returned, and now they’re clearer and more powerful. Think of a milestone as a key moment in your project—a point where something important is completed.
We’ve upgraded the milestone details page to make tracking even easier. Now, milestones have the same statuses (stages) as tasks, plus some extra fields. More importantly, they now support dependencies, meaning you can prevent a milestone from being completed until certain tasks are finished.
Milestones aren’t just tasks with a different name—they serve a distinct purpose. Here’s what makes them different:
Fixed Start & Due Date – A milestone marks a moment in time, so its start and due date are the same.
No Subtasks – You can’t add tasks under a milestone, but you can convert a task into a milestone if it represents a key point in the project.
Always Part of a Project – Every milestone belongs to a project. If you remove the link, the milestone automatically turns back into a regular task.
You can set up milestones in several ways:
From the Work Structure
Using a Project Workflow
On the Gantt Chart (where milestones appear as diamond shapes and can be linked to tasks)
By converting a task or subtask into a milestone
Want a quick way to see all your milestones? Use the Tasks widget on your dashboard, set the filter to Milestone, and you’ll have a complete overview in one place.
Now you can see the average opportunity value for a selected period right in your CRM widgets. This helps track trends, like how much customers are spending in a specific sales pipeline or under a specific team member.
We’ve also added a progress indicator to CRM widgets. It compares numbers from the selected period to the previous one, so you can quickly see if things are improving or not. This is handy for spotting changes, like how a coupon campaign affects your sales.Â
Managing task sequences just got a whole lot easier! Previously, you could link tasks in the Gantt Chart to visualize their order. Now, dependencies are also displayed inside the task card, making it clearer how tasks connect.
You can now create multiple dependencies between tasks. One task can be linked to several others, giving you better control over your projects. Plus, dependency lines in the Gantt Chart are clickable—you can modify or remove them anytime.
Need to ensure tasks are completed in the right order? Enable the new blocking option. If a task is blocked, the next one cannot be marked as complete until the first one is finished.
