The Gantt chart has made its way out of Projects and into Tasks. Say hello to Timeline—a new way to plan and track work across all your tasks in one place.

With the Timeline view, you can:

• Spot overlapping deadlines before they become a problem
• Track task progress across multiple projects without switching tabs
• Balance your team’s workload and adjust plans quickly when things shift

You’ll also get filters, sorting options, and groupings by project or assignee.

📊 CRM Widgets: Understand Why Opportunities Fall Through

 New CRM widgets are here to help you figure out what’s stalling your sales:

• Opportunity Loss Reasons: A visual breakdown of why opportunities aren’t closing—displayed as a pie or bar chart.

 One more thing: you can now add Dropbox files as links.

Your workspace, now in Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish. Flowlu just got multilingual! From the interface to the system messages, everything's ready to roll in your language.

You can now invite your teammates, clients, and collaborators to Flowlu and keep everyone on the same page—without switching between tabs or translating on the fly.

Here’s how to change your language:

Head to Portal Settings → Main Settings → Language, then select either Português (Brasil) or Español from the list.

Your entire workspace will instantly switch to the language you choose.

🌟 A few things to keep in mind:

• Each user can set their preferred language in their profile settings. 
• All system notifications and menus will adapt automatically.
• We’ll continue updating translations to make everything as smooth and natural as possible.

We’ve just upgraded how you attach and manage files in Flowlu, and it’s a big one. The new file attachment feature now comes with a modern look and a much smoother experience. You can upload files from multiple sources at once, switch between them easily, and enjoy a more streamlined interface across tasks, contacts, projects, and other modules.

And now, Dropbox is part of the mix! You can connect your Dropbox account to easily attach files directly from there. Right now, Dropbox files do count toward your Flowlu storage—but we’re working on an update to match how Google Drive works, so linked Dropbox files won’t affect your storage in the future.
