Here’s a quick look at what’s improved and what’s brand new in Flowlu.
You can now attach files directly from your OneDrive account to tasks, projects, contacts, and more in Flowlu. You can either link to the file without using your Flowlu storage or save a local copy, which will count toward your storage limit.
Sick day? On vacation? Now it’s obvious. You’ll see a small icon next to a person’s avatar when they’re on leave—whether they’re online or not. No need to dig into the “Leaves & Absences” module anymore to figure out who's around.
There’s a new “Projects” widget on your dashboard. It gives you a quick snapshot of everything that matters: project name, who’s managing it, which stage it’s in, how many tasks are done (and how many are left), who the client is, and how close—or overdue—the deadline is. You can also filter the view to show only the projects you actually want to keep an eye on. No need to jump between tabs to figure out what’s going on.
Bringing someone new into Flowlu just got a whole lot easier. The invitation form now lets you fill in everything at once—name, job title, password, and even fine-tune their access to each module right from the start. No more juggling roles or tweaking permissions afterward.

We’ve also revamped the My Team page with some extra columns—now you can view your colleagues’ department, job title, social media profiles, phone number, and even their date of birth from the list. Use the filters and sorting options to keep things organized and find exactly what you need.
