P&L Statement 📑

The brand new Profit and Loss statement helps to determine the financial position of your company and clearly shows you whether the business made a profit or loss. The report displays the revenue, expenses and your net profit for a specific period of time.

New Custom Fields: Formula and Object Picker + Auto Charge 🔥

Formula Field 🧮

With the special Formula field, you can automatically execute calculations for data entered in the fields of your tasks, projects, opportunities, etc., based on a configured formula. You can pull in dynamic data from both default and custom fields from across the platform. The available operations are addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. For example, with a formula field, you can calculate how much a salesperson gets from a won opportunity or a total order cost. Besides, you can even set up automation based on the value of the calculated fields!

Object Picker 🔗

Before this update, there were separate fields available to turn any field into a clickable hyperlink to a CRM account, list, project, or user. We combined everything into one field type and added a bunch of new types of relations. For example, you can now add products to an opportunity, attach a Knowledge base's article, and so on.

Automatic Charging: Stripe 💰

From now on, you can automatically charge a customer when you’re creating a recurring invoice and using Stripe for billing. Flowlu triggers payment once the card details are captured by Stripe and until the client cancels. Instead of waiting for the customer to pay whenever they receive the invoice for ongoing service, you can charge a monthly/ yearly/ etc. subscription automatically on their credit card.

New Mailchimp Integration

With this new integration, you can now automatically export and import contacts between Flowlu and Mailchimp. For example, once a new contact is added to Flowlu, it will be automatically added to the Mailchimp campaign.

Refreshed Chat UI

We’ve refined our built-in chat for team collaboration. It got a more modern look, you can also now create chat admins, see if your message is read and so much more.

Integrate Flowlu with Calendly to Create Events and Opportunities From Your Scheduled Meetings 🗓️

Set up a brand new integration with Calendly and manage all your scheduled bookings right from your Flowlu account. When a prospect books a meeting with your company using Calendly, Flowlu automatically creates a new event, contact, company or opportunity. Then, all you have to do is log the meeting’s outcome to the event or opportunity record.

With the new integration, all events will be recorded in Flowlu, which will help to automate lead management, save your sales reps' time and ensure that your team always has up-to-date and accurate information on planned activities!

New Integration: Capture Leads from Tilda Forms Directly Into Your Sales Funnel ✏️✨

Integrate Flowlu with Tilda and automatically collect website visitors from lead capture forms into your CRM. Once they fill out a form, Tilda pushes this information to Flowlu. All the details you choose to gather will automatically be imported into your Flowlu account as opportunities, contacts and organizations. Manage your lead data more seamlessly and efficiently!

Email Contacts and New Filter for Tasks

The Email module has now got a new section that displays email contacts and associated CRM contacts. Use this tab to rename the email contact or block it.

✔️ Now there is a new filter for the tasks on the kanban board. You can display only those tasks, where a certain user is an assignee OR a collaborator. This comes in handy if you want to see all tasks your coworker is working on at the moment (not only as an assignee).

✔️ Earlier, when you replied to an email, the sender email was always placed to the 'To' field even if there is another 'Reply To' email. From now on, if a separate 'Reply To' email is specified, it will be automatically placed instead of the Sender's email.

✔️ We've fixed the search of CRM accounts when sending an email. Now a user sees only those contacts and organizations to which he/she has access.

Duplicate Management, Updated User Invites and Other Improvements

It's time we highlight some brief updates on new features and product improvements for July and August:

Duplicate Management for CRM 📂

Say goodbye to constantly searching for the duplicates manually — meet new duplicate management feature to help you keep a clean customer database! Flowlu will find identical contacts or companies and merge several CRM records into one for all duplicates within seconds.

Updated User Invitations 👋

You can now invite your coworkers by email in bulk or by sharing a link. All email invitations now have their own tab in the User Management section. The email invites can be cancelled or resent to your teammates.

Estimates in Projects 📝

From now on, you can link estimates not only to opportunities but also to projects. All project-related estimates will be stored on the project page under the "Finance" tab. 

New Layout of Subtasks on Kanban Board 🎲

Now the subtasks are displayed under the parent task on its card on the kanban board. To see all of the related subtasks, just click the corresponding button on the main task card, and expand the list. 

KonnectzIT + Flowlu ⚙️

KonnectzIT has now joined the list of no-code platforms available for Flowlu users. It lets you build automated integration workflow between web apps. With KonnectzIT, you can set up integration with apps like Marquiz, MailChimp, Slack and 350+ other popular online applications.

Collaborators and multiple task assignees

Task management becomes more transparent and productive.

Task assignment to several employees

Need to assign the same task to several employees? Create a task, assign several responsible people — several tasks will be automatically created for each of these assignees.

Collaborators in tasks

Even if only one person can be responsible for a task, there are many employees who can help in completing a difficult task. Add collaborators to the task, they will get a notification and see the task in the “I am a collaborator” folder.

Collaborators have the same access rights to the task as assignees. They can move tasks to the next stage, create/add subtasks, a checklist, leave comments, set time tracker, change the deadline (if such an option is checked in the Task settings).

User roles in tasks

Use the user roles when assigning several responsible people, collaborators and followers in order to quickly set tasks. For example, setting the task "Prepare a report" for each sales manager can now be easily done in a couple of clicks!

All new features can be found in task templates and project workflow

Subtasks, multiple assignees and collaborators are now available in Task Templates and Project Workflows. Add participants and subtask in advance to the template/workflow and create new ones quickly.

Improved task creation interface

We customized and left only the most important features on the Task page in order to make it easier for you to create new ones. All other options can be found in the “More Settings” tab.

Sending invoices, invites, notifications and more from your own email domain 📩

Up to now, all invoices, estimates, invitations, etc. were sent from Flowlu internal address by default. Not anymore! From now on, you can customize this email address and send such emails using your own email domain.

What messages can now be sent from your own email domain?

  • emails for sending invoices and estimates
  • thank-you-for-payment email
  • user invitation to the account
  • email notifications (duplicates to email)

If you want to send an email using your own email domain, you need to verify your domain. This will show the email clients that we send messages with your permission. Read more on how to validate your domain.

Please note that this functionality is available only to Business, Professional and Enterprise account users.

Making CRM Contacts and Organizations Private 🗝️🔒

This is finally happening...You can now hide individual CRM contacts and organizations from other teammates/sales reps/etc. and ensure the privacy of your client database. We’ve just added an option to allow users with the Employee access level to see only those contacts and organizations they’re assigned to (owners).

CRM module administrators are still able to see and edit all the CRM records. The account admins can configure this option to make contacts and organizations private by going to the System Settings → CRM → Main Settings.

One more thing: you can now disable your users from seeing emails connected to projects, tasks, opportunities and CRM accounts. From now on, no need to worry that your colleagues will read something they are not supposed to. On the contrary, if this option is selected, the users will be able to view the emails linked to specific objects even if they cannot access the email account connected.
